ICT Teacher
Location: Oldham
Contract Type: Maternity cover contract, full time Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm. January 2025 start
Salary: £150 - £190 per day (Depending on Experience)
Are you a passionate and fully qualified ICT Teacher seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our vibrant secondary school in Oldham are looking for a dedicated ICT Teacher to teach pupils up to KS4. This role is full-time starting in January 2025 for a maternity cover and has the opportunity to go permanent/ongoing for the right ICT teacher. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the Uk to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons to secondary school students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Planning and Preparation: Develop well-structured and creative lesson plans, tailored to the needs of the students and aligned with the curriculum.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, effectively managing student behavior and fostering a love for ICT and Technology.
Assessment: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the ICT department and school community
