Job Title: Sales Executive– Waste Management & Recycling
Package: £40k basic salary, Commission, including Pension Contribution

ROLE
This position empowers you to independently spearhead sales initiatives for an environmentally conscious Waste Management company. Showcase autonomy and ingenuity in securing business, presenting innovative solutions to companies, improving their waste practices, and delivering a comprehensive closed-loop solution.
As the Business Development Manager, engage with a diverse range of companies.
Your responsibilities will involve generating leads, crafting compelling proposals, and providing comprehensive Waste Management solutions to our customers.
Initially, the focus will be on new business sales, with the potential to evolve into account management after six months.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Business Development Manager
Preferred experience includes prior involvement in Business Development Management and sales within the Waste Management and recycling sector.
Demonstrate a solid track record in sales and a consistent career history within previous Business Development Management roles.
Experience in tender writing would be advantageous for this role.
Industry expertise: Food Manufacturing, Construction and Demolition waste, Food Waste, Wet Waste, Cardboard and Plastic Recycling, Food Recycling, Landfill, Non-Recyclables, Non-Hazardous Waste, Waste Management, Recycling.
