CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator - Enjoy a 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Hinckley
Position: CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:45 am - 5:00 pm (FOUR DAY WORK WEEK!)
Salary: £16-£18 per hour (DOE)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner to bring precision and expertise to our team. If you have experience with programming, setting, and operating CNC machines—and knowledge of Mazatrol control—that’s a big advantage!
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set, and operate Haas lathes with Y-axis.
* Operate Mazak 5-axis mills with Mazatrol control (experience here is a big plus).
* Work closely with our in-house R&D team to develop innovative, custom components.
* Manufacture parts from Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass, and various plastics for the prestigious Superyacht industry.
* Interpret engineering drawings and work with precision.
* Proficiently use Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software.
What You Bring:
* Strong CNC turning and milling experience.
* Familiarity with Mazatrol control and Fusion 360 (or similar software).
* Excellent communication skills and a great team spirit.
