Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 42 hours
Shift and schedule: Weekend availability
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Team Leader in Garstang.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a residential home for children and young people. The residents live with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and/or autism and may display some associated behaviours.
We are searching for Team Leaders who share our belief that disability is not a barrier, and it doesn’t have to stop our residents from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences. Previous experience in care is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive pay rates, from £13.22 to £13.47 per hour for 42 hours per week gives £(phone number removed) to £(phone number removed) PLUS £78 per sleep in - expect 8 sleeps per month gives additional £7488.00 per annum
DBS paid for
Free parking.
Refer a friend scheme – you can earn up to £1,000 per referral!

Residential home for Children & Young People.
The conditions the residents live with include a range of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and autism.
Many of the residents are non-verbal or have limited communication and will communicate through different methods, including picture boards, Smartbox devices and Makaton.
Some personal care may be involved, in addition to companionship, taking part in celebrations, events, fundraising, and other ways of interacting with the local community.
Successful Applicant:
Must be able to drive
Hold a Level 3 diploma in Helath & Social Care
Previous experience in care is essential.
Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
