Premier Recruitment are delighted to work with a fast growing law firm in the Bexley area seeking a highly organised and experienced Conveyancing Support professional to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support our Fee Earners with key administrative duties and conveyancing tasks, with limited client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Fee Earners with title reporting and raising enquiries
Providing cover during Conveyancers' holidays (occasional client interaction required)
Managing files independently up to completion, without the need for post-completion or exchange tasks (as we have a dedicated team for these)
They Offer:
Competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000
Permanent role, initially covering a maternity leave but with long-term potential
Modern office in Bexley - Parking onsite
Ideal Candidate:
Strong conveyancing background with the ability to manage files end-to-end
Comfortable working autonomously without direct client interaction (except during holiday cover)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to support Fee Earners efficiently
