Job Description
A modern day, Quantity Surveying consultancy with an affable culture, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor with Senior ambitions.
The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be working across several projects including: multiple gym expansions (circa £5m), private medical refurbishments, data centre, and office fit out schemes.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking certain projects (from above) from inception to completion independently, but also supporting the Associates and Directors on the more technical schemes.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor eager for a clear career path to a Senior QS role, someone eager to take on more responsibility long term, getting involved in team mentorship priming you to take on a management role.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS, or working towards
Minimum of 4 years quantity surveying experience
QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
