Your new job as a Year 4 teacher would be to teach the full primary curriculum to lower key stage 2 children. You will be required to have a classroom that is stimulating where children can develop both socially and academically. You must be confident in marking all children’s work and providing feedback whilst assessing and recording data for pupil progress. What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new job, you must be confident in teaching the whole lower key stage 2 curriculum. You must be a good team player that is able to give your teaching assistant direction. You must be able to create a stimulating environment which is safe and secure for children to have a place where their learning and emotional needs are met.
