Lead Practice Nurse - Up to £60K | Bradford | Full-Time or Part-Time
We have partnered with a large and forward-thinking training practice, who is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Practice Nurse to join their dynamic team. With three surgeries serving a total of approx. 19,000 patients, they pride themselves on providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a well-established nursing team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
* Provide comprehensive patient care, including treatment room duties, immunisations, and chronic disease management
* Support the Practice Manager and partners in enhancing and developing nursing services
* Manage clinics, ensuring patient safety and adherence to NMC standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified and registered nurse (NMC)
* Experience in wound care, cytology, phlebotomy, immunisations, and long-term condition management
* Primary care and team leadership experience with QOF knowledge
