Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am working with a highly respected firm with a very strong presence across the Midlands that are looking to add a Conveyancing Fee Earner to their team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the strongest conveyancing departments in the Midlands and work on a good range of matters whilst receiving support from a dedicated team of legal assistants.

My client have a very strong client base and close links to estate agents across the region, meaning that their fee earners receive a steady and reliable stream of inbound matters.

The successful candidate will be able to take on the following matters unsupervised:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers

My client are also looking for someone to take on leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters with some level of supervision provided depending on current levels of experience.

Salary: £38000 - £44000 depending on experience
