Job Description
Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Senior Radiographer (Mammographer/General X-Ray) to join a welcoming and collaborative private hospital based in South-West London. This is a full-time role offering a salary of £44,000 and an excellent benefits package.
It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this hospital as they’ve recently expanded the hospital, invested in their Theatre department, and refurbished several key patient areas. Its facilities include 3 theatres, 1 endoscopy theatre, 40 beds, a state-of-the-art imaging department, on-site pharmacy and cardiac diagnostic facility. They offer a variety of surgical services for both adult and paediatric patients including Orthopaedics, ENT, Plastics, Gynaecology and General Surgery. Working hours are 37.5 hours across 5 days, Monday – Friday with occasional on-call.
In this Senior Radiography role, you can expect to:
With post registration experience in Mammography, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, cost effective imaging service to patients and consultant users.
You will support the service with General Radiography, Theatre Imaging and CT (experience is not essential, full training will be provided), ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
You will be encouraged to enhance skills and knowledge by undertaking post-qualification support and training.To apply for this Senior Mammographer/General Imaging role, you must be a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience within Mammography, Theatre Imaging and General X-Ray. Experience within CT is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided). To be considered for this role you must have experience at a Band 6 level or above.
