Multitask Personnel is thrilled to partner with a top-tier utilities provider, within the smart metering industry. They are looking to recruit Data entry processors to work within the outbound call centre team, processing and uploading data for ongoing campaigns.

Role Summary: As a Campaign Data Entry Processor, you will be required to upload customer records onto the CRM system for various digital campaigns and liaise with potential customers through email and text messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilise digital channels to create campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement and securing smart meter installation bookings.
• Upload customer data into the company CRM system.
• Use Excel to create and manage bulk text campaigns
• Process high volumes of data to optimize campaign outreach.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with your Team Leader to enhance performance, customer satisfaction, and overall contribution to company objectives.
• Work closely with Contact Centre colleagues and other departments to foster strong relationships and share best practices.
• Take a proactive approach to compliance, contributing to process improvements.
• Complete all administrative tasks meticulously and in line with company standards.
The ideal Campaign Data Entry Processor:
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong numeracy and computer skills
• Ability to handle large data entry volumes efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team-oriented, with a proven ability to meet goals under pressure
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Hours:
• Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with hybrid work options available once training and compliance requirements are met.
Benefits:
