Your new role
Hays are working with a financial services organisation in Central Bristol who are looking for a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for 6 months. Hours are Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), paying £15.39 per hour + holiday. This role is hybrid working, 2 days a week from home. Main responsibilities of the role include:
Responsible for Accounts Payable - good understanding of the purchase ledger process and procedures
Responsible for credit control and all outstanding balances
Carry out all administrative tasks as relevant in a timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
Team player, customer focussed and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail
Microsoft packages - Excel (VLOOK ups, Pivot Tables), Word, Outlook
Understanding of Workday is beneficial
