Position: Welding Inspector
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough inspections of welding work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
* Verify the integrity of pipe welding, particularly in shipyard settings.
* Report findings and recommend corrective actions for any non-conformities.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain consistent quality control.
* Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed during inspections.
Requirements:
* CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in pipe welding inspection.
* A background in shipyard or refinery environments is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of welding standards and techniques.
* Effective communication and reporting skills.
