Development Project Manager, Essex/London*
A leading residential developer who are hugely committed to quality and design are seeking a Development Project Manager for their Essex office, working on RC-Framed remediation schemes. With the increase in demand for remediation works in London, this is a highly desirable role within the industry.
Responsibilities include:
Review documentation to determine risk
Monitor Budgets
Investigate projects and liaise with legal advisors to determine liability
Build and maintain relationships
Appoint consultantsIdeal candidates will be existing Development Managers with extensive experience within the residential sector, in particular high-risk schemes. Those working within a similar Project Management role with knowledge of financial, legal, and planning processes will also be considered.
This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the nation's most successful developers, contributing the resolution of some of the industry's most pressing issues.
Offering up to £80k plus package depending on experience and flexible working.
