Job Description
My client is looking for an OT with: • experience of working with children with a learning disability, Autism, complex health needs, including particularly relevant to this case children who have life limiting conditions
• experience of carrying out assessment of need relating to adaptations within a Local Authority
• an awareness of parameters of policy and guidance relating to DFG
• there is no connection with Conwy County Borough Council (independent OT assessment).
• Not essential but a Welsh speaker would be preferable We are looking for a full time OT to complete this one off piece of work with a family, however if the OT has the necessary experience and skills required but unable to work full time, we are also willing to consider those applications.
