Job Description
On behalf of our client in Hermitage, Berkshire M4 Recruitment are looking to recruit Team Leader for Temporary to Permanent position.
As a Team Leader your main duties would be as follows:
* Traveling to the site location with crew members
* Ground preparation
* Planting shrubs and trees, following a detailed site plan
* Laying turf, creating seedbeds and wildflower areas
* Ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard
* Follow H&S policies and procedures
The client is offering for Team Leader candidate:
* Parking on site
* Subsided canteen
* Safety measures are in place
* For the right candidate, after the 12 weeks temp to perm real progression and possibility to move within the company
* Great rates of pay
To be a successful applicant for this position Team Leader, you will be required to have the following skills / experiences.
* Previous experience within landscaping and construction industry
* Must be able to demonstrate good plant knowledge
* Ideally 2 years’ experience but not essential
* CSCS card and driver’s license would be preferred but not essential
This position Team Leader will require the candidate to be available to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm.
* Pay £28,000 per annum.
