The Content Executive is responsible for the creation of content across a range of channels. With a
focus on copywriting, they will take ownership of Meet's distinct voice to deliver content that engages our audiences and communities in Life Sciences with a focus on the innovation, causes and stories that impact us all. Complementing this will be maintaining and evolving the content around Meet’s Talent Solutions - driving awareness, credibility and success with clear call-to-actions. Showcasing Meet’s values in every word, the aim is for our content to create conversations that lead to conversions.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Deliver well-researched and compelling written content for various channels, including webpages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, white papers, brochures, sales collateral, and the monthly LinkedIn newsletter.
- Manage the distribution and re-purposing of content to ensure maximum reach and engagement across social channels.
- With the Growth Marketing Manager and Community Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that promotes Meet’s: Talent Solutions, Values and Communities.
- Align content with identified Account Based Marketing campaigns with New Business and Delivery teams
- Ensure content consistently aligns with our approach to inclusivity and EDE&I - continuously
championing the people that work in Life Sciences from all walks of life
- Agree and meet content deadlines, to ensure consistency and frequency of messaging
- Liaise where appropriate with third-parties to ensure technical website content is delivering SEO results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, namely Talent, to ensure marketing content integrates into broader causes, campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Community Lead to bring content to life in multi video formats, for appropriate channels
- Proactively identify new and innovative ideas by staying up to date with industry advancements, content marketing trends, and Life Sciences news.
- Continuously monitor, audit, and evaluate content providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing content assets and identifying content gaps.

Core Activity
Sales Enablement
- 1 Life Sciences piece a month, repurposed in four formats
- 1 “championing piece” a month repurposed in four formats
- 2 sales enablement pieces a month in four formats
- 2 newsletters a month (one via Bullhorn and one via LinkedIn)
- Quarterly “seasonal” campaigns built 3 months in advance utilising the above inputs
- An annual whitepaper that speaks to our values and “what we want to be famous for”
Internal Communications
Monthly round-up of content for Fuse
Expected Outcomes
Increased Engagement:
- Social Media Engagement: Achieve a minimum of 5% increase in social media engagement (followers, likes, shares, comments) month on month.
- Content Reach: Ensure each content piece repurposed into multiple formats reaches a cumulative
- audience of at least 10,000 people monthly across platforms (social media, email, and blog).
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Lead Generation from Content: Generate at least 5 new qualified leads per month directly attributable to content assets such as white papers, blog posts, or newsletters.
Brand Awareness:
- Website Traffic Growth: Increase traffic to key landing pages (content-related) by 15% over the next 6 months, with a focus on blog and resource sections.
Collaborative Success:
- Content Calendar Compliance: Achieve 80% adherence to the content calendar deadlines, ensuring all campaigns, newsletters, and sales materials are delivered on time.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Talent to deliver 4 joint projects or campaigns a year,
- ensuring alignment with broader approach to inclusivity and EDE&I and Meet’s values.
Salary:
The base range for this role is between £32,000-£35,000 dependent on years of experience
*This is a Hybrid role and candidates are expected to come into the London office 3x a week*
