Campaign Operations Executive

You will work closely with Customer Success, AdOps, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and you will be responsible for supporting the client success team with briefing in and optimising client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Advertiser Operations team to brief campaigns.
• Work with clients to gather creative assets.
• Submit data cleaning requests using JIRA.
• Provide clients with weekly campaign reports within specified SLAs.
• Track campaign performance to meet agreed-upon targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of our campaign tools, data, and value in the market to streamline client onboarding and suggest improvements.
• Prepare insightful post-campaign analyses.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in project or account management, or media execution.
• Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns using top-tier ad technology and systems.
• Skilled in collaborating across departments, working with both sales and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience in the media or technology industry.
• Knowledge of campaign management platform operations.
