Junior Personal Assistant
The IN Group
City of London, Hybrid (3 days in office)
6 Month fixed term contract with possibility to go perm
£25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join us as a Junior Personal Assistant on a 6 month contact with the possibility to go permanent. You will be supporting our Executive Assistant in scheduling and meeting coordination for the Senior Management Team (SMT). As a Junior PA you will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a PA, secretary, scheduling or similar position. You will be proficient in and have experience in managing multiple diaries or senior stakeholders within a professional business.

Key responsibilities:
- Diary management of the Senior Management Team (SMT)
- Assisting current Executive Assistant with ad hoc tasks as requested
- Scheduling internal and external (off site) meetings for the SMT
- Setting reminders for meetings and events
- Managing confidential information and tasks
- Booking travel arrangements
- General office admin requests
- Managing ad hoc requests
- Reception cover
Skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Junior PA, PA, Secretary, scheduling role, or similar position
- Proficient in and have experience in managing multiple diaries for senior stakeholders within a professional business
- Excellent level of professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in arranging board meetings including setting up technology needed for meetings
Working Pattern:
- Standard full time working hours (8.30am-6pm with flexibility when needed)
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office per week
- Half days on Fridays available if the needs of the business allow
