We are looking for a confident and outgoing People Manager to join the People & Culture team at a luxury lifestyle hospitality concept in Central London.
Reporting to the People Director, this recently created role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR/people operations and a small People team.
You will have the opportunity to focus on employee relations, engagement, efficiencies and productivity, and create/deliver forward-thinking and impactful people projects & initiatives.

You’ll have the opportunity to continually review and identify areas of improvement and work with key stakeholders in the business to make a positive impact.
Key areas of focus for the role will be Employee Relations, Culture, Communication and Engagement, Community, Learning and Development, Recognition and Rewards, Wellbeing, DEI, Technology and Analytics, Process and Policies and Due Diligence.

What we’re looking for…
- Culture obsessed HR/People professional
- Experience in Employee Relations, L&D, Talent and Culture
- Background in lifestyle or luxury lifestyle hospitality/hotels/members clubs
- Positive mindset and ‘run with/can do’ mentality
- A plate spinner – someone who can spin multiple plates at once
- A natural relationship builder
- Experience of dealing with ER and performance issues
- Comfortable with systems/platforms and Microsoft Office
- A keen eye on detail, ensuring everything is in the right place
- Work hard/have fun approach
- CIPD desirable
- Line management experience desirable
