Be the data whisperer for a disruptive EV charging leader!

We're a leading EV charging company revolutionizing the industry with a unique, cost-effective network. We're seeking a Head of Data & Insights to build a data-driven culture, unlock hidden value from our data, and lead innovative projects like predictive maintenance.

You'll:

• Lead the development of our data strategy: Create a roadmap to transform the company into a data-driven organization.
• Build a centralized data team: Assemble and mentor a team of data experts to deliver valuable insights.
• Drive data-driven decision making: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure data informs strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards, visualisations, and analytical tools: Create intuitive tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Champion data governance and explore AI opportunities: Establish data standards and explore emerging technologies to osptimize operations.
• Lead innovative projects: Drive the development of predictive models and other advanced analytics initiatives.

You have:

• Developed a team from scratch and defined a data roadmap
• Proven experience using data to tell impactful stories.
• Technical expertise in data analysis, data mining, and AI.
• Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact.
