Location: Hastings, East Sussex (Office attendance required once a week ideally)

Our client a leading specialist in HVAC systems, is seeking a highly experienced Ventilation Project Manager to join our team. If you have extensive expertise in managing ventilation projects and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in ventilation systems and project management (this is not a supervisory role).
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Strong understanding of ventilation systems, with hands-on experience in managing installations, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation projects.
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to drive projects forward and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Must be commutable to the office in Hastings, East Sussex once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the full lifecycle of ventilation projects, from initial planning through to final handover.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Leading teams and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Regular site visits and client meetings to assess project status and resolve any issues.
