Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

My client is a well-established, privately owned specialist Civil Engineering contractor that has undergone a successful growth period and become a leading player in the market in the commercial and residential sectors.

To continue this growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Commercial team at their offices in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of 2-3 projects concurrently, with individual values typically between £500k and £5M.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, this individual will possess an ambitious and positive mindset and will work well within teams across the business. Previous experience delivering projects within the clients core sector is a considerable advantage.
