Role Description
PanicGuard is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative who is looking to grow their sales career. The Sales Development Representative will be able to do:
Prospect Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospects via telephone, email and social media to educate, qualify, and develop accounts and inbound leads, converting them into sales-ready leads and opportunities.
Opportunity Management: Distribute opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager and provide necessary education about the opportunity.
Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted resource and develop strong relationships with prospects.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for engaging with potential customers and your fellow sales team.
Empathy: Understanding and empathy towards customers’ needs in order to build strong relationships
CRM Management: Knowledge of how to use CRM tools to keep track of customer data and automate tasks in order to work more efficiently.

Qualifications
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the tech industry or personal safety sector is a plus not essential
• Sales and Business Development experience is a plus not essential
• A proven track record of meeting sales targets is a plus not essential What we are offering
