Job Description

We are working for a successful provider of an ERP/CRM system used by home improvement installation companies throughout the UK. Whilst they continue to achieve enviable growth, they have a strategy to grow and become the market leader. Part of this is the introduction of a Partner Manager role, someone who has experience working in the glazing industry and has already developed a number of relationships with companies.
The main duties include:
* A self-starter, able to work remotely, albeit closely with the rest of the sales and marketing team
* The person everyone goes to when they need to ‘get the job done’.
* Always full of ideas, and yet able to follow a plan and work to a system
* The networking king or queen who just loves to build relationships
* Driven by targets and the sense of achievement
* Attending key industry events
* Using the team’s personal networks
* Identifying potential partners & reaching out to them
* Attending partner dealer days
* Organising and running joint events with partner organisations – this may be in-person events, such as training days and trade shows or online events such as webinars
* Working with key people in partner organisation and within business pilot to ensure that these benefits are being delivered and a supply of leads continues to flow
A company car will be provided, or car allowance is an option (if preferred). The role will require travel and visiting prospective clients across the Midlands and Southern regions.
