Opus People Solutions are seeking a Children's Support Worker near Cambridge.

No experience? No problem! We value your personal qualities and transferrable skills the most. We're looking for individuals who are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in young people's lives.
Not only will you be making a meaningful difference, you will be joining a wonderful, supportive company! After your probation period, they will fully fund your Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care, you'll receive a joining bonus AND you won't be doing any sleep-ins, or nights. You'll work days only and alternative weekends - hello work/life balance!
Only looking for part time hours? Not a problem, but you will need to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Day-to-day, you will:
Build strong relationships with young people, empowering them to develop and grow
Assist with therapy sessions (such as rebound therapy or hydrotherapy)
Ensure the environment is supportive and safe
Help with all daily activities including socialising, learning, personal careBenefits:
