Salary: up to £55,000

* Hands-on experience with mechanical fitting / assembly of machine components
* Team leadership experience in a similar role within manufacturing
* Someone who looks to improve a process and a continuous improvement mindset
* SME ‘doer’ mentality – whilst it’s an international manufacturing business, this is an agile, growing and highly profitable SME
* Apprentice trained in mechanical engineering
