Attention all Graduates! Are you looking to progress in your career as a teacher?
Are you a graduate looking to gain school–based experience before embarking on a career in teaching or the education sector?
Do you have a passion for working with young people and making a positive impact on their school journey?
Milk Education are currently working with schools across Southwark who are looking to appoint Graduates for the academic year (October 2024- July 2025) on a full–time basis.
You will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom. There will also be opportunities to cover lessons gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or schools direct teacher training programme.
We are looking for aspiring teachers who have graduated in any of the following categories:
* Maths
* English
* Science
* Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
* Languages
* Art and Design
* Psychology or Social Sciences
* Sport & Physical Activity

Key criteria:
* Must have a university degree 2:2 or above
* Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial but not essential
* Clear desire to work with young people and become a teacher in the future

* Willingness to undertake CPD training as asked by Milk and your placement school
