Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business, offering solutions and mitigating risks.Who You Are:
A seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in employee relations.
Experienced in leading and developing a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
A confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
