(Senior) 3D Environment Artist - 12-Month Contract

About the Role

In this role, you'll be a core contributor to the visual quality of our game environments, collaborating with a talented art team under the guidance of our Art Director. With a sharp eye for detail, composition, and stylized architecture, you'll help bring both natural and structural settings to life. This hybrid position requires at least one day per week at our Guildford studio.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has completed two or more 3D games
• Has a flair for stylized architectural and natural environments
• Possesses strong artistic skills adaptable to diverse styles
• Is proficient in Blender for modeling, shading, and texturing
• Understands the technical nuances of level building and has experience constructing levels from start to finish
• Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Extensive Adobe Substance experience, including knowledge of pipelines and workflows
• A shipped AAA title in your portfolio
• Proficiency across multiple game engines
• PlayStation 5 development experience
