Private Banking Team Lead

About the role

In this pivotal position, you will lead a group of self-motivated & driven private bankers dedicated to providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of relationship managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Oversee the management of client portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment, credit, compliance) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Ensure all activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Set and monitor performance metrics for the team, ensuring accountability and achievement of goals.
• Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

Skills and Reuirements

• Minimally 8 years of experience in wealth management
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of financial markets & market trends
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
