Are you a good communicator who is looking to develop a career in Sales or Account Management?
We are looking to hire some new team members for our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is motivated by the potential to increase their earnings through performance. Industry experience not necessary as full training will be provided. Having a positive mindset and approach to your work will also be a useful attribute.
Salary - £26,000.00 to £28,000.00 per year (depending on experience) plus an uncapped bonus of circa £6k per year.

Responsibilities:
* Outbound business to business calling
* Lead generation/creating and monitoring sales pipeline
* Recognising potential opportunities and understanding client’s requirements
* Creating long term and effective business relationships
* Appointment setting
* Selling our systems and services across the telephone to a variety of construction project stakeholders
* Social selling - leveraging social media to generate interactions.
