The Role
Vision for Education are working closely with a SEN Secondary School in the area of Leeds area who are looking for a teacher to start ASAP or in January 2025. The role is Wednesday to Fridays and will be permanent for the right person.
Requirements
QTS
Experience within Secondary schools
Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels
Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
