Job Description
Role: MIG Welder
Starting salary: £35,000 p/a
Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm.
Benefits: Overtime at X1.5 of rate with lots available, Pay increase after probation, paid dinner breaks, 28 Days Holiday, 8% Pension, tools, uniform, sick pay and more!

Approaching 50 Years in business, our client has grown to become an industry leading Welding & Fabrications business specialising in MIG & TIG welding, Maintenance and general fitting/fabrication services to the Aggregates, Quarrying, Heavy manufacturing and Recycling sectors.

The Role
* Office based MIG Welder/Fabricator welding various mild steel projects for customers such as CAT, Tarmac and Hanson.
* Role involves carrying out repairs/refurbishments, MIG welding various types of plate, working from drawings, fitting, fabricating and other day to day requirements.
* Working with engineering drawings on bespoke projects.
Hiring requirements:
* 3-5 Years of experience as an MIG Welder ideally with Fabrication experience.
* City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 2 or 3 qualified in Welding is preferred (Ideally gained through a recognised apprenticeship).
