Salary: £35,000- £40,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00 – 17:30 *Door to door*)

My client specialises in serving the rail, education, health, local authority, and church sectors throughout Southern England. They offer a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance services, all delivered with a commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance work on all electrical equipment on the client’s asset register
* Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and upload to the job
* Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports if necessary
* Completing Planned Maintenance works in accordance with the client specification
* Compile list of remedial works required after PPM visit
* Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
* Order job materials and update the office
* Assist with other skillset work where necessary
* Attend training and H & S courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager.
* In the event of an accident, report to your nominated First Aider who will be introduced to you during your site induction.
* Complete accident report forms as directed by your site foreman/Contracts Manager
The successful candidate will have:
* BS 7671 – 18th Edition Inspection and testing
* At least 3 years’ experience in the field
* PTS Card preferable but not essential
* Have a systematic/logical approach to tasks & problems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
