Senior Quantity Surveyor – Drylining
Are you a professionally qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in drylining?
Looking for the next step up in your career but not sure where to start because John in the office has been in his role forever and a day and is still 10 years off retirement?

We are currently partnered with a specialist subcontractor who operate within drylining and ceiling fit out, SFS structural framing, as well as facades and windows.
Our client has experienced a period of significant growth over the last three years, this is due to a strategic acquisition, a company buy in and a newly appointed Director whose black book is overflowing with contacts in the industry.
Due to this rapid and continued growth trajectory our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a drylining background who can join their company and take a step up into the role of Head of Commercial. You will be responsible for protecting the commercial interests of the company across all projects. You will report to the Board of Directors and have responsibility for the surveying team.
You will need a sound understanding of the different forms of contracts such as NEC and JCT etc, guiding the team when to put in the correct notices, applications etc, following strict commercial compliance to ensure profitability on projects.
You need to come from a background in drylining, this is a must. If you also happen to have some facades experience this would be a bonus.
