CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER OVERVIEW:


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of all creative projects, from brainstorming through to execution, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and creative goals are met and will report directly into the Creative Business Unit Director.


You will work closely with many internal departments including the Production Team, Design Team, Accounts Team, Finance Team, as well as external partners to deliver outstanding creative solutions that align with client objectives and our agency's vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all creative projects, ensuring timely delivery while managing scope, budget, internal teams and quality.
  • Creative Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Production team, Accounts team to develop and deliver integrated creative campaigns.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, project goals, and quality standards, conducting reviews and approvals at each stage of development.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department leads to assign resources to projects effectively, ensuring balanced workloads across teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
  • Project Analysis: Track project performance, providing updates to internal stakeholders, and leveraging insights for future project improvement.
  • Creative Input: Offer strategic and creative insight to help elevate projects, contributing to brainstorming sessions and guiding teams towards innovative solutions.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing agency environment. Must have experience line managing as this team is set to grow with at least x1 line report in the first 6 months.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital and social marketing, branding, design processes, and campaign development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Dog friendly! There are a lot of furry friends roaming around our office so you’ll need to be OK working with our four-legged friends!
