Financial Controller - Sustainable Tech

We are excited to be partnering with high-growth sustainable technology firm. They're a very strong market fit with a product in high demand. The business has established partnerships with well known market leaders. They're now focused on growing the business further as they look at expansion. As a result the business is passionate about building their finance team looking for an exceptional Head of Finance to lead them.

We're looking for a passionate Head of Finance that thrives in a growth environment. You'll be instrumental in strategic decision making and will take effective ownership of day-to-day finance operations. The business is in a scale-up mode with an opportunity to lead and be highly influential in leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the month end financial accounts process, including full production of management accounts
• Producing the financial statements including balance sheet, cashflows and P&L
• Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders including providing insightful analysis for investors
• Working with leadership and external advisors on strategic projects to aid international expansion and new market expansion
• Assisting the CFO with forecasting and annual budget and building dashboards
• Managing and developing a team
• Ad hoc duties

Essential Background:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Experience working in a growth environment
• Excellent collaborative working skills
• Strong communicator
