We are passionate about creating spaces that inspire, and we are seeking a hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our online presence, drive engagement, and build a thriving community.


Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of our social media strategy, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who enjoys both strategy and execution, has experience managing influencer campaigns, social media ads, and email marketing, and is always ready to dive into new projects to help grow the brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing:
  • Schedule and manage email marketing campaigns (working with the designer to ensure visuals align with brand aesthetics).
  • Add and segment email lists, track campaign performance, and optimize for better engagement and conversion.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Do content creation (including using Photoshop and organising photoshoots) - reels & posts
  • Create and post engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement a posting schedule that maximizes visibility and engagement.
  • Run social media ads to increase reach, following, and engagement.
  • Influencer Marketing & Collaborations:
  • Research, identify, and manage partnerships with influencers that align with our brand.
  • Organize giveaways, collaborations, and promotions with influencers to boost brand visibility.
  • Track influencer performance and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Event Marketing:
  • Support & Manage all event logistics and promotions on social media.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track the performance of all marketing efforts (social media, email, and influencer campaigns) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the team on the performance and growth metrics.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube platforms.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the home decor or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience with paid social ads, Google Ads, or other online advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of event planning and execution on social media.
