Head of Contract - Engineering

Associate Director - Head of Contract (Engineering) - Up to £80k - LTIP - 5% Overrides

My client, whose reach spans across the Energy, Utilities and Engineering landscape across their international offices are looking for an individual to lead the European Engineering division for contract in London.

In this role, you'd inherit a junior team of 3 (set to do £500k this year) and have budget to hire as you progress into 2025 - alongside a significant client base already established.

You will have to carry out a complete assessment of the current division, looking at the team, processes, strategy, etc.

From here, you will have complete autonomy to make the improvements you see fit. Although currently EU focussed, there is scope to go after anything outside of the US.

You'd be key in defining and delivering the growth strategy on client development and logo attraction alongside developing the existing team and executing the scale up of the division.

♻️ Experience in Contract recruitment within the Engineering space

♲ Management experience

♲ BD Focussed to lead from the front and develop the function
