Financial Controls and Risk Specialist

IN2 Consult is actively looking for a driven and agile Manager, Finance Risk and Controls to join

their clients rapidly growing Finance team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the payments world and deliver genuine value from day one. An overview of the role is below;

Key Duties

• Partner with both finance and non-finance teams as needed to address risks and controls related to financial reporting.
• Work closely with finance teams to help guide and deliver on control design improvements.
• Help document, challenge and build an end to end view of our customer flow control environment to illustrate key risks, controls and processes that impact group financial statements.
• Keep on track of Finance Risk and Control findings and also monitor the progress for internal and external audit actions to ensure they are completed on time and actions are adequate to mitigate the risks identified.

Your Background;

• Ideally from a practice background, ACA, ACCA or CPA Qualified
• You have demonstrable experience managing audit fieldwork preferably within Financial services.
• Strong background in Financial Risk and Controls
• You understand the value of taking a balanced approach to risk and controls to support the growth of the business.
