Client Relationship Management Programme - Senior Executive

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading law firm, based in London, seeking a Client Relationship Management Programme Executive to join their Global Client Development team. This role is key in supporting the firm's strategic client relationships, driving value, and identifying new business opportunities across their extensive global client base. You will be working directly with senior partners and the Head of BD, focusing on enhancing client relationships and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and management of the firm’s Client Relationship Management Programme for approximately 70 global clients.
• Collaborate with senior partners to track progress, measure outcomes, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Produce reports for senior stakeholders, analysing financial data to inform client strategies and track opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the CRM database (Dynamics)
• Monitor client performance, identifying new entrants and flagging potential risks or opportunities.
• Project manage the BD secondment programme, tracking outgoing secondees and identifying potential business leads.
• Analyse missed business opportunities and help the team refine client engagement strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in client relationship management or programme management within a professional services or legal environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
