Senior Account Manager - Trading Desks & Specialist Furniture

Excellent base salary plus significant uncapped commission earnings!

Customer Markets:

• Trading Desks: Catering to banks and hedge funds.
• Consoles: Serving premium market segments like energy, transport networks, air traffic control, and emergency services.
• Flat Screen Arms: Primarily sold to financial services and network command centres.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customized sales proposals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track sales prospects.
• Craft and execute effective sales strategies tailored to individual clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the factory on product specifications, costing, and design proposals.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support.
• Actively contribute to the overall business strategy as a member of the senior management team.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in sales, particularly within financial sectors, working with banks and hedge funds.
• Deep understanding of the commercial furniture industry, with experience in design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency and a passion for innovative products.
• Experience working with architects, designers, and furniture contractors.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
