Job Description

We're delighted to be working with this high growth, spirits business within a portfolio of mainstream and premium award winning brands, and an pipeline of exciting new NPD soon to hit the shelves.


About the Role: Seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to lead the growth of one of the fastest-growing ready-to-drink (RTD) brands into Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of building an exciting brand across multiple markets, including the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, and beyond.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive long-term, sustainable growth. Working closely with U.S.-based teams and European partners, you will unlock market insights, build integrated marketing plans, and deliver disruptive brand activations across various channels (in-store, on-premise, and digital).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Brand Strategies: Create and execute growth plans to drive brand awareness and engagement across key European markets.
  • Brand Building: Lead on key brand activations, including partnerships, trade activations, and consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align brand priorities and ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Set clear objectives, track KPIs, and use data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with local and global teams, external partners, and sales teams to ensure successful market penetration and brand growth.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, shopper or trade marketing with a proven track record of building brands and managing brand activations.
  • Experience in drinks industry is a necessity
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • A creative, challenger mindset with a desire to do things differently and drive disruptive growth.
  • Experience working across broader European markets is preferred
