Mergers and Acquisitions Country Manager

Camino Search are currently mandated on an M&A Country Lead position for a PE-backed B2B Software business.

The PE sponsor involved is considered to be one of the best & largest mid-market software PE investors across Europe, and has an incredible reputation.

Our client is a highly acquisitive software business, which as part of its expansion strategy in UK is now looking for an M&A Country Lead reporting to the Head of M&A.

The business is looking to acquire software companies in the UK with recurring revenue between $2-20M. This is an amazing opportunity to create and implement a the strategy in a new geography. You will be solely responsible for deal sourcing and end-to-end deal execution.

The role:

• Work and manage processes and live deals from origination to close
• Conducting financial due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, and negotiations
• Leading M&A transactions, full cycle
• Acquire 3-5 businesses a year
• Report directly to Head of M&A

Essential Background:

• 5-8 years of M&A experience
• Strong academic record
• Background of FDD, Financial Modelling, Valuations
• Excellent collaborative working skills
• Strong origination skills
