Location: Bristol, BS34 7QS

Onsite: 2/3 days per week

The Opportunity:

Europe’s #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented Systems Engineer to support the design and development of next-gen weapons systems, focusing on the front end of the product life cycle.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship!
• Requirements and Use Case Analysis
• Concept assessment and design trade studies
• System architecture design and functional modelling
• Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
• Verification, Validation and Certification
• Model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE

Benefits Package:

• Base salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DoE)
• Annual Bonus: Circa £2,500
• Overtime: Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25)
• Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days
• Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension: Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
• Share Incentive Plan: Opportunity to purchase shares via payroll before tax and NI.

• Sick Pay: Ranges from 6 weeks for your first six months of service and scales up to 48 weeks after five years of service.
