Domiciliary Support Worker

Job Description
Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, including help with washing, dressing, and medication.
* Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household cleaning, and running errands.
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
* Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote independence and well-being.
* Ensure the safety and comfort of the client, including responding to emergencies when needed.
* Maintain accurate records of care delivered and report any changes in the client’s condition.
* Collaborate with other health and care professionals to provide a high standard of care.
* More than 6 months previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role is beneficial.
* A caring, compassionate, and patient approach to working with vulnerable people.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Full UK, clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
