SEN Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B6
Salary: £95 - £105 per day
Start Date: November 2024
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with SEN. Our inclusive school in Birmingham, B6, is looking for a dedicated individual to make a meaningful impact across Key Stages 1 and 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and help SEN students reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet students' specific needs
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and valued
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and adjust support as neededWhat We're Looking For:

A proactive, compassionate individual with a Level 3 TA qualification and experience in an SEN setting
Someone adaptable, patient, and resilient, ready to provide consistent, caring support
