EYFS Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B5 | £90 - £105 per day | ASAP Start
LTF Recruitment is collaborating with a respected school in Edgbaston, rated 'Good' by OFSTED, to bring an Early Years Teaching Assistant into their Early Years team for the current academic year. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact young learners' educational journeys, nurturing trust and confidence within the school community through a welcoming and supportive presence. The position is full-time until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher in implementing the EYFS Curriculum within a mainstream classroom setting.
Create and lead engaging activities and games that promote social interaction and inclusiveness.
Adapt your support and techniques to meet the unique needs of each child.
Provide focused assistance to students who encounter challenges in the classroom.Personal Specifications:
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, degree, or Early Years equivalent.
Familiarity with the Early Years curriculum.
A genuine passion for supporting and engaging children with diverse learning needs.
Previous experience in a primary school setting, specifically within Early Years support.The School:
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive all-through school environment. The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is experienced and committed to enhancing students' learning experiences while fostering professional growth for all staff members.
