The Company
A leading global media business is seeking a Programmatic Specialist to join their team!

The Role
As a Programmatic Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing campaign setup, optimisation, and advising team members on best practices.
• Collaborating with the Head of Digital Planning to develop strategies that meet client objectives.
• Overseeing campaign reporting, extracting insights, and communicating learning's.
• Staying up to date with digital media trends, new platforms, and technologies, providing key insights to teams.
• Working closely with Digital Media Buyers to maintain best practice documentation.
• Advising internal teams on new platform requirements to drive revenue growth.
• Providing technical support for digital ad setups and troubleshooting across websites and apps.
• Analysing and recommending improvements to pixel and data tracking setups across digital channels.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in digital advertising within an agency, publisher, or vendor environment.
• Expertise in social, digital, and programmatic strategy.
• Strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
• Ability to effectively communicate strategy and performance insights at all levels.
• Familiarity with data tools, GDPR, and data privacy requirements.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across platforms.
• Knowledge of the Google product suite.
• Ability to advise and train teams on best practices and new strategies for improved performance.
